Masonry - Twin peaked house
Description of work
The masonry of this Great Wakering house was painted in Dulux Weathershield smooth County Cream masonry paint.
The high 'twin peaks' elevations make this property stand out.

Masonry - Render
Description of work
We painted this Rochford bungalow with Dulux Weathershield Sandstone masonry paint. The plinth was painted with black bitumen paint and all the pipe work was painted with black gloss.
We also painted the fascia in Dulux Wearthershield Conker Brown.
The rear and side elevation were also painted.

Masonry - New Render
Description of work
New and Old render
This Southend bungalow had, had the front elevation brickwork newly render. The front elevation was stabilised and then painted with County Cream masonry paint.
The side elevation which was already rendered was painted to match
Also painted were the black plinth throughout and pipe work and poles painted in white gloss.

Render - Gable wall
Description of work
A before and after photograph of a Rochford property's Gable wall which was prepared and then repainted.
The wall was prepared and cracks filled, flaking paint removed and a stabilising solution applied, then painted with two coats of masonry paint with a very visible difference.
